A must have pad for the Concept 2 Rowing Machine - but wish it had a little more padding.I was torn on buying the Concept 2 because the seat is terrible, for me it makes the rower unusable. I decided I could make some sort of pad work, and went with this one. Its actually awesome. Its about 1 4 inch of solid dense silicone and fits perfectly over the seat. It has enough room to fit some extra padding under it. I had an old yoga mat 5mm thick and was able to fit two layers under the seat with plenty of room to fit securely over the rower hard plastic seat. In total I added almost 1 2 inch of extra padding. I cut the yoga mat into 12 x 9.5 inch sections and they fit perfectly. For the price, I wish the manufacturer would provide an extra pad like like the pads I added. But its a great addition and for me makes all the difference between a rower that will collect dust and one that will take me 6000 meters 4 or 5 times a week. It looks great on the rower. Definitely recommend it. I give it 4 stars because for the price, they could throw in an extra optional pad. And one other note, its yellow not the green color as it looks on the vendor website.
