Marie M: I love it BUT...

After 2 one hour work outs I got on it for a third time and after 2 minutes I heard a pop and then I had no tension. My very handy husband looked at it and the belt had come off. He put it back on which was VERY difficult to do and it keeps slipping off He had to adjust a part that was not aligned making the belt slip. I am hoping this does the trick. I am going to order some replacement belts because if this continues I can see the belt wearing out fast. Assembly of the product was not easy, again my very handy husband did it. He struggled with the cable connecting to the console. If not for the belt issues I would have given this a 5 star rating. I LOVE the seat I had an upright and could not use it because the seat hurt my hips, I do not have that problem on this bike. I love the ease of adjusting the seat. I also love the tension, it does not get so hard that you can t pedal but provides a nice resistance. I find the console very easy to read. I only wish that it kept track of life time miles.
