The dashboard displays your workout data in a 4-character message window, with both dedicated and scrolling displays. To keep workouts fresh and challenging, the bike comes with 10 workout programs, including the Dynamic Heart Rate Control program which adjusts the workout intensity based on your heart rate for interval training. Janet: Star Trac recumbent bike

I had to have a left knee replacement and this is the bike they used at the rehab. It has been wonderful to have this at my home. The kids and grandkids love using it too. It has help with my therapy more than I can address. I highly recommend this bike. I did have star trac contact me and for an additional 200 they had an authorized star trac person put the bike together and deliver it to me. I opted not to pay the amazon dealer figuring Star Trac would do a great job and they did. I am very happy.
