GoodVery happy with this machine so far. It gets my heart rate up, you have to turn the dial far in order to increase the resistance. For me it s not a big deal though because after I use the machine I do additional exercises on a floor mat to help with toning. I like how it keeps track of the time, distance, calories etc.
