This is just a great stationery bike. I wanted something that I could do spinning style workouts on, and this one was perfect. We bought two of these, so my hubby and I could work out together It has magnetic resistance which is something that was important for us. The resistance on this is more than enough for us. We do a lot of crossfit style classes, and wanted something that would challenge us. You really don t have to have a 40 lb. flywheel to get enough resistance. We are soaked after our Les Mills The Trip We studied lots of bikes before deciding on this one. It was the best of all worlds quality, function, and price We both added a bottle holder since it didn t come with one. You can get the no bolt ones on Amazon for very little. The seat is very comfortable, and I like the phone holder, so I can use my phone to keep track of my heartrate, and maximum exertion points. I would say that, for the price, this one is hard to beat, and well worth every penny we spent on them
