Convenient, at home exercise equipment.This is a light weight, easy to store piece of equipment for in home exercising. My doctor recommended it because I am having health issues that prevent me from traditional workouts. I use it mainly to get my heart rate up as needed without too much stress on my body. The one challenge was finding a workable place to set it up to work on my arms in comfortable manner because I am a shorter height that average.
