No tension.Lightweight and useable but...the tension doesnt stay at all. There is no distance counter, but the rest is nice. If your looking for tension peddling I do not reccomend this bike. The other thing is the pedal frame gets super hot, like I cannot touch the metal parts. That s after only 15 mins of use as well.
