It s perfect for my needsI ordered on a Friday I received this product on Monday without Prime. I have been using it for 3 days am still trying to figure out the electronics but I absolutely love it so far. I have only used it plugged in for assistance. I thought it only had 3 automatic speeds I was using on the third level wishing it was a bit faster then realized it went to level 5 assisted. Level 5 is too fast for me but I hope to work my way up to it. I am very sedentary due to multiple health problems being able to use this low impact machine see a calorie tracker is great incentive to use it. It s so easy my favorite part was the ability to plug it in with no assembly necessary. I m so happy to have found something to use while watching television Thank you for the opportunity to purchase such a great item Can t wait to recommend it to others
