This stability ball feels very durable. It was very easy to fill with air and attach the resistance bands. I took off 1 star because the instructions were very vague. The instructions tell you to use the measuring tape to make sure you fill the ball adequately but the tape was not included. The instructions don t tell you the correct measurement in case i used a different measuring tape. I just filled it to my best guess and hoped for the best. So far my kids and I have loved using it.
